MAXITOOL has invested considerably in the design and development of a robust beam and crane system that provides the smallest cross sectional geometry possible. This small beam and crane geometry allows penetration into the smallest of trunnion apertures while the trunnion linings remain installed.

Once installed the MAXITOOL Liner Handler can stroke the full length of a mill from the feed to the discharge and can remain inside the mill during inching rotations.

Using a MAXITOOL Liner Handler provides a relining system that allows maximum liner exchanges between inching rotations.

While the key features of MAXITOOL Liner Handler translate into considerable time savings during mill maintenance shutdowns, another significant saving is made during production in the lead up to shutdowns by negating the need to grind-out the charge level.
